ABOUT FOUR SEASONS RACE MANAGEMENT (FSRM)

                 

FSRM was established in 2022. I, Marcel M “Bop” Major, along with my wife, Theresa N. 

Major are the owners and operators of FSRM. We are the Bahamas’ only licenced Road 

Race Management company. We plan, organize, manage and execute road races from the 

start to the finsih line. 

My wife and I are current marathoners and avid long-distance runners. We both bring a 

wealth of international and local road race experience to our business, having ran many 

marathons and half marathons, both internationally and locally. I can proudly boast of 

having the great fortune of being the immediate past President, for the period April 2018-

April 2022, of the Bahamas’ premier long-distance running club, “The Bahamas 

Roadmasters Running Club.”It was during my tenure, that I had the ultimate responsibility 

for successfully managing, planning, and executing more than 15 road races. Most of these 

road races attracted hundreds of local and international road running enthusiasts. It was 

against this backdrop, the passion for the sport as well as the love for managing and 

execution of road races, that Four Seasons Race Management was formed. In February 

2023, I successfully completed the Road Runners Club of America’s “RRCA”, Race Directors 

course and I am proud to say that I am the first and only Bahamian RRCA Certified Race
